I made a comment about this in the next issue. While working on #38 I listened to The Gathering's superheat cd, Fleming and John and the soundtrack to Reefer Madness, recorded in LA.
I listen to a new group of music for each issue. I go through A LOT of music. I don't know what I will use for the next issue (which I'm already halfway through anyway) but I plan to go get Miles Davis's Kind Of Blue this weekend. I've listened to the Buffy soundtrack over and over while working on Willow & Tara and there are a couple of good things there.

hey now that I think about it Terry, just out of curiousity were you listening to Depeche Mode when you were writing that one part in "My Other Life" about the little girl that took 12 years to die from the plane crash? When I read that it reminded me of the song "Blasphemous Rumors" (don't think I spelled Blasphemous right...gomenosai)

When I read that reply, I got a chill, the same one I got when I first read that issue....
And I'm not easily chilled.....damn, but you can write Terry.......

agree with Darth, that moment made me cry and sent a chill up my spine. i don't cry all that often about stuff like that, but that got me. did you plan that scene out, Terry, or did she come to you as a sudden inspiation?

She simply showed up when it was time. In The Dreaming there is a library filled with all the books never written. My head is filled with characters never written, each waiting their turn. The little girl was next in line.

TERRY - been wondering - have you seen Bjork's 'All is full of love' music video?
